How do we know the watches you sell are real?
Cavallino Jewelers and Elegant Horology has been in business on its own for over two years. We have sold hundreds of watches with every single customer 100% satisfied. We are members of the (IWJG) International Watch and Jewelers Guild, members of BuySafe buyer protection and we have been established on Ebay since 2005 maintaining over 99% Positive Feedback.

How do I order a piece that I want?
Just Call Us! All orders are typically initiated via email and completed over the phone.

Do you offer a return policy?
If there is a problem with the performance of the watch or it was delivered damaged you have 24 hours to notify us and 48 hours to return the piece to us. Shipping back to us must be shipped overnight fully insured as we ship to you. If you don’t like the watch we will be happy to offer you a refund less bank fees and initial shipping (Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer). The watch must not have been worn or altered in any way.
Before returning the item you must contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Any item returned without an official return authorization number will not be accepted.

What are your delivery times?
In the continental USA shipping is overnight. All pieces are delivered by 10am the following morning. Typically items are paid for via bank wire and ship that same evening for next day delivery. You can have your watch as soon as tomorrow!

Does the watch come complete with box and papers?
The condition of all our pieces varies. Each watch clearly states the condition and contents of each watch. More than 98% of our inventory is complete box and papers.

How do you ship? Do you insure for the full value?
We ship via UPS overnight delivery with Parcel Pro. Items over $50,000 are shipped via Brinks Armored Service through Parcel Pro.

I am located outside the US. Can you ship to me? How much duty will I pay?
Of course we have no difficulty shipping to all of our incredible international customers! All international shipments are also shipped via UPS and fully insured. Customs forms are always filled out completely. Please check with your country’s local tax center for the current import duties. All import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will not falsify any information or perform any illegal activities.

What warranty does the watch come with?
Yes. Every watch we sell, New or Used, comes with our in-house warranty. This means that for most new watches, you will get a 1 year warranty and for used watches, you will get a 6-month warranty. Some of our watches come with factory warranties still effective.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is dependent upon the value of the piece. We ship fully insured and do not cut corners trying to save money on shipping. Your piece will be shipped fully insured overnight Pracel Pro.
